Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products. In such case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at: contact@cikers.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel the transaction, please feel free to contact us at contact@cikers.com within 24 hours after your purchase. Normally, we will start to design and produce your customized product 24 hours after your order is placed. Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once it has been shipped.
REFUND POLICY
All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore, we don’t accept refund on the products unless the fault was ours (e.g. the customized name/photo is wrong, the size/color is wrong, damaged upon arrival). If a refund is applicable, please send us an email to Official@xballa.com.

Of course! After creating your initial design, you can start adding the names and numbers of your team’s players to each jersey.
What print technology is used on this jersey?
It’s printed with dye-sublimation technology which produces vibrant and permanent colors. What’s more, this technology gives you unlimited color options to choose from without requiring you to compromise on the feel of the fabric.
Where can I print on this jersey?
As you design, you can add logos, artwork, team badges and sponsors to the full front, left and right chest of the jersey, as well as each player’s name and number on the back. All customization is included in the price.
Can I order just one basketball jersey?
Yes. You can order even one custom basketball jersey that makes it easy for you to get individual jerseys for new team players. However, when you make a bulk order, our discounts are applied – the more you order, the more you save.
