Others: 5-15 working days. These are estimates and often arrive quicker.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to design and produce. We will not accept the return of custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at official@xballa.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
